Selection is rank-based. You are not competing against a fixed target, instead you are competing against the rest of the field across three tracks:
ROI = PNL / max(100, starting account value + maximum net deposits) for the 14 day window.
All 25 seats sit in a single tier. There is no internal ranking among OG members.
